  Well, their not delivered yet so can't comment on that. As far as the store and showroom, this was an awesome experience. The showroom is not as large as some in MI I've been in but the sales people are extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, great for explaining the difference in the warranty's. If you don't see what your looking for they will find it at another store or a very similar item. NO pressure sales. They don't rush you they just inform you and let you shop. I never felt pressured to buy a thing. Margaret Paul is a great sales associate! She makes you feel at home in the showroom. No pressure just ALOT of good information. It made me leave satisfied and owner of not one that I went for but TWO electric recliners. Thank you Margaret!!

  We bought two recliners from Chris Cline on Thursday, May 14th from La-Z-Boy MBoro. He was patient while we looked and very knowledgeable. We want to thank him for being such a great help to us. .

  Visited the Murfreesboro location to order two new recliners--our third LaZboy pair over 38 years--having done all my online research on styles and fabric. Husband says exiting the car "I hope we get a good salesperson to work with" and we did. Noel was great! Not only was he knowledgeable, but made several recs that better met our needs. (Tall men need more recliner!) He and husband bantered over Dawg, Bama, and Vols fandom as we lounged in various styles. We were never rushed or cajoled. We've never had a mechanism issue or damage to claim over the thousands of hours of use, but it's peace of mind knowing coverage comes with purchase--and if we never file a claim, when the coverage expires in 4 years we get a store credit. I'm sure we'll find something we need. Bought the Rheeves High Leg Recliner in leather and the Scarlett High Leg Recliner in a custom fabric. Will add photos when they are delivered in about six weeks. #happycustomers

  Great experience with La-Z-Boy on Medical Center Parkway. Our first contact was with Chris and our salesperson Maribel. Both were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Maribel brought up questions I didn’t even think of, like “would I like a more supportive cushion” on my the chair I purchased. Thank you, it was a pleasure working with you!

  Just shopped over the weekend for a new couch. Chris Cline greeted us at the door. He was polite and friendly. He was so helpful at helping us find a couch and was more than helpful and accommodating with showing us different fabrics to choose from. I am sure I gave him a run for his money. 😉 He showed us many samples of fabric for that couch. It took awhile but I was very happy with the fabric we chose in the end. He was patient and professional the whole time. Very pleased with our experience there. We have a coffee table and a sofa side table from LazyBoy that are almost 30 years old. We picked Lazy Boy for the quality so I hope it does not disappoint. The salesman and the business woman that finishes up the money part of the sales were delightful. But, I am reserving the right to update my review to see how the delivery and quality of the couch is when it comes to our home. We purchased at the Murfreesboro, TN location. If we are in need of new furniture again we will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
