Terrible company. Used a bait switch contract after I joined the military by starting at a low rate and after I enlisted they upped the rate by more than double and when I couldn’t take my stuff out of storage from the location I was at from the military. They upped the rate again. So it went from 67 to 134 to 183 in a course of 1 year of having the storage. And the elevator malfunctioned when I was moving in abs had my friend stuck in it for almost an hour and they did nothing about it. I was 2 days late on one payment because I updated my card on file and they called me threatening to remove all of my belongings or lose all rights to them. This company is trash and the employees in this location are no better

My experience WAS exceptional BEFORE Extra Space Storage took over. The front office guy (don’t know his name) is RUDE, he is not a people person, has zero customer service skills, and SHOULD NOT be working with customers! My husband and I cleared our unit, I took a picture of the empty unit to show him, turned my phone around so he can see it…he WOULD NOT LOOK AT IT…AT ALL, continued moving about like he was so busy…just rude. The bathroom was always clean when this place was Red Carpet Storage, it was no longer being taken care of, THEN the new management put PADLOCKS on the bathroom doors, so, when there after hours, moving in, out, or for whatever reason, as a paying customer, one can’t even use the bathroom…which is in my mind savage, and showing zero concern for their paying customers. The dumpster area is now locked…ALL THE TIME! The dumpster area was open during the hours they were open, WHEN IT WAS RED CARPET STORAGE. The guy with the beard & mustache is the worse, and needs training on customer service.
