  Very pleased with our service from this company. Kathie was helpful and friendly on the phone. Shane came out to provide an estimate for replacing our chase cover and various repairs on our external chimney, as we had some water damage. Shane was great to work with, answered all my questions, and returned to complete the work the next week. The whole team was awesome, made the process very easy. Competitively priced too. Thanks guys

  We had Cory,who is a certified chimney professional from Allegiance chimney solution, come out and service our ventless fireplace that we’ve been unable to use for the past five years .He did a thorough inspection and maintenance service of our fireplace and explaining every aspect of the service. Cory was very friendly, honest and personable. The service was fairly priced (first Responder friendly)and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing fireplace service. Thank you Allegiance for sending Cory out to us

  I had a very positive experience. The technician was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He cleaned my fireplace and explained how the gas lighter worked in a clear, concise way. I would use them again.
