  The technicians that serviced my fireplace were both polite and professional. They identified issues that needed to be addressed, serviced my fireplace, and cleaned the work area. They took time to explain what they were doing and also took time to show me how to turn the pilot light on and off. I appreciate the fact that they will return in a year to check the fireplace out and service it. Now that my fireplace is working, I will be ready for the next chilly day.

  I couldn’t be happier with Allegiance Chimney Solutions. The gentlemen that came were professional and personable and they were only here about 15 minutes to give an estimate. It was very reasonable and I was sold. I am very excited with the new product I will have installed in about a week. No more struggling to start this old fireplace anymore. I would highly recommend Allegiance.

  I recently completed a “fireplace makeover”with Allegiance and had a wonderful experience. We had our master bedroom fireplace renovated. The existing fireplace was a small insert, and we converted it to a masonry wood-burning fireplace in which we plan to use gas logs. I contacted Allegiance several months before the project was to begin. Bob, the owner of the company, came out to my residence on three different occasions just to verify the scope of the work and to make sure that both he and I were on the same page regarding all of the specifics and details. The project was started on schedule and other than some holdups from the mantle company, everything went very smoothly. All of the work was performed by entering through a single bedroom window without having to go through my house at all. They opened up the subfloor, poured a new foundation, and built an entire fire box all within just a couple of weeks. They protected my existing home structures and yard perfectly well. I could not be happier with the experience of working with this company. From the owner, Bob, to the project manager, Cory, everyone was very communicative and respectful of both our timeline and our privacy since they were working inside our home. Would highly recommend!

  I met Shane and was able to get some information that is going to help out a client that I have. He throughly explained how a chimney cricket works and the importance of why a homeowner should be proactive on having that up to date and also their chimney caps.
