I want to give a huge shout-out to Julio, the Assistant Manager at the Lowe’s in Mt. Juliet, TN, for going above and beyond to make a very disappointing situation right.
I purchased a grill specifically for an upcoming event and was extremely disappointed when my delivery was unexpectedly pushed out to a month after my purchase, without anyone notifying me. Unfortunately, I had to change my scheduled event because I didn’t have the grill I had purchased for it.
When I spoke with Julio, he could have simply apologized and left it at that. Instead, he took ownership of the situation and found a solution. He upgraded me from the 2-burner grill I originally purchased to a Weber Spirit E-325 Black 3-Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill at the same price, which was an incredible gesture.
But he didn’t stop there. Julio also expedited the assembly and delivery at no additional charge, getting my grill to me just three days later.
What really stood out to me was that Julio listened, understood why I was disappointed, and actually did something about it. That kind of customer service is rare, and it made a huge difference in turning a frustrating experience around.
Thank you, Julio, for taking care of your customer and representing Lowe’s so well. Your effort and willingness to make things right absolutely deserve recognition. Lowe’s is lucky to have you! 👏🏼🔥

Worst experience I’ve encountered purchasing building supplies for delivery. A pallet of various different materials for a building construction project were ordered and literally all of the items were wrong. How so many items were loaded up for delivery but not matching the order scu number is insane to me, some of this would have cost the store a loss of $. Had it All immediately picked up & returned- but here I am a week+ later and still can’t get my funds returned. I was told they operate on first come first serve basis? Ok well I’m operate on contacting BBB & filing the complaint, you never delivered what I paid for, came and picked up the pile of ship you did dump off and now you want to keep my money till you see fit- for what reason? Your store messed up. Fraud- stay far away-fraud, fraud, & fraudulent service from this Mt.Juliet Lowes Store. Fair warning also- I did not order from that location either but for some reason it was shipped out from them so I would not trust online ordering will keep anyone from buying here.

This store is the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever shopped at. They delivered the wrong items. After calling and waiting on hold for 45 mins they couldn’t help and I had to wait for a manager to call me back. Once that happened hours later I explained you dropped off the wrong material and I want it picked up and my money returned. 6 days later I still have no money returned so I called and waited on hold another 30 mins and continued to get hung up on like they do not know how to use the phone there. After speaking to someone and explained Lowes pickup the order 6 days ago and where’s my money they said it hadn’t been returned yet, they’re backed up and it’s first come first serve. So they basically hold your money till they get around to returning the purchase. Then I guess I wait longer for the money to go back into the bank. This store and its people are a JOKE. Stay away from this store. Go to Home Depot or you’d be better off going into the woods and collecting your own material before dealing with these unprofessional people.

Multiple online orders made with plenty in mind inventory. Somehow again no answer from Lowe’s when being called to check availability. Last time my items were never picked and the had to go get them myself and have the picker scan it like he picked my order I made days ahead. Since moving to my Juliet I’ve ran into many issues with this Lowe’s. I hope this store gets better.
