Lowe's needs to train their workers on customer service. I was in line at the customer service desk waiting for my turn. Another customer a man came in and was waiting in line behind me. When the customer service person was free for the next person she took the man behind me instead of letting me have my turn. There was another time (months ago) when I was in the store on one of the aisles asking a question with one of the employees. A man interrupted us asking a question. Instead of staying with me to finish what I needed the employee left me standing in the aisle and went with the man to help him. Another issue I've had at Lowe's is asking one of the employees where something is located and being sent to the wrong area a long distance on the other side of the store. Rather than taking the time to look up the item and tell me where it's located, they say " I think it's"...This week I went to Home Depot and the experience was so different. Unlike at Lowes, the employees are available to help (you don't have to search for someone) and they are helpful and nice.

This lowes is so much better than the lowes in Murfreesboro. The staff are actually professional and helpful. It took 4 minutes for someone to answer the phone to where lowes in Murfreesboro never answered and the phone rung for 30 minutes.

We had curb side pick up. After 15 minutes of waiting I went in and they said the app showed I was 1 minute away. Sure it did, for 15 minutes. You are too lazy to walk 20 feet and look out the door to see if anyone is in space 2?

Came in looking to order shades for my entire home and wanted to price options and colors. Two employees, one of a higher suit and tie managerial status, were chatting near what I would soon find as the blinds and electrical area. Friendly, the one who worked in the store, approached me and wanted to know how much I loved my kitchen and if I wanted to remodel it. Seeing this tactic from a mile away, I immediately told him I was happy with it, and when asked how long it had been, I said just a couple years and was only there to shop blinds. He wished me luck on my blinds journey and didn’t even suggest where they were located as I walked back past him for a second time eyeing each isle. Neither him nor his boss offered to help one bit. All they seem to want is someone to sign up for home remodeling jobs that they can sub out.
Finding the blinds and walking up and down the aisle as well as the custom order area, they offered no help, and continued talking to one another. The department wasn’t staffed at all. Another employee who seemed to be a part of this remodeling sales staff roaming around the store saw me a couple times standing in the area looking and offered to call someone for help, which I happily agreed to. Another 10 minutes go by and no help even from the automated call box system in the store. Lowe’s you just missed out on a large order. At this point, I’ll stop wasting my time and go with an online blind seller for a much better price. What a disappointment.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
