  I came into this store to purchase a leather sectional for a rental property, fully aware that leather is a premium and costly option. Within a half hour, I returned to request a simple change to the fabric color. We all know it’s easier to make changes sooner rather than later for a large purchase.. such as a couch. While sitting at the front of the store, I could clearly hear both the manager and an employee in the back laughing, saying “Are you serious?” and making fun of me for changing my mind. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a business selling high-end furniture where thoughtful decision making should be expected. When I addressed the situation and explained that I had overheard their entire conversation and how uncomfortable it made me feel, I received no apology from either the manager or the employee. The lack of basic respect for me as a person and a paying customer was absolutely shocking.

  Honestly if you're not comfortable with money this isn't the place for you but if you have it it's very worth it! I spoke with a beautiful black lady that was so helpful and sweet I had so many questions but she just had every answer, thank you guys for being so welcoming!

  We had a great experience here! Debi was amazing. We brought our 1 and 2 year old with us, and she was so lovely and patient with us while we tried navigating configuring/buying a sofa and trying to watch 2 small kids. Before going into the store, we were getting overwhelmed with all of the different options on the website, and she made the process so simple!

  Debi was very helpful in explaining all the options available to purchase. There were quite a few options to consider and the payment plan would really help.
