I have only 4 payments left on my washer and dryer, and I had Aaron's employees beating on my door because my payment was 1 day late. My paycheck was late because of the bank holiday. The worker banged so hard they woke up my 3 month old baby. It's simply too much crap for only needing 4 payments till it's paid off

So I’m writing a review on “Melissa the accountant manager” as she says she is. I leased a couch from them, an did a monthly payment. Set up plan. My payment was due today, but she called yesterday, claiming to my wife that I as avoiding her. An she was being rude to my wife and wasn’t professional at all. She called again today and was being rude talking about she needed a payment today which wasn’t. A problem, just cause card declines don’t mean we’re poor “people lock there cards and to make and assumption that I’m so avoiding her “lady please” . We made the payment without a problem. Horrible customer experience and especially from a manger. And by the looks by previous review it seems Aaron’s have an employee issue..
