I just left the Millington location, which is normally a pretty good location. I walked in this morning and was pleasantly greeted by the workers there; however, that's were the pleasantries stop. I was looking to purchase the Pit Boss 1150dx, I stood in the area for about 30 minutes needing assistance with no luck, I finally flag down an employee for help, the announcenent was made that a customer needed help, waited another 30 minutes...no one came. I asked for the manager, no one came. It was enough to make me drive to a different location and get it there. In the grand scheme of things I know my money doesn't matter to them; however, with a negative review I hope that it is at least brought to someone's higher up attention, so that maybe Corporate can put an emphasis on great customer service and a better in-store buying experience.

I’ve had good experiences from this Lowe’s for a while until today. I even bought a washing machine from here a couple weeks ago with a good experience, but the simplest thing, curbside pickup, was horrible. I checked in and waited 20 minutes. I had 1 item, some laundry pods, nothing else. I called the store and was put on hold for 7 minutes so I walked in. No one had taken my pods to bring to me. The customer service woman got them for me but.. no apology, no explanation. This entire “curbside pickup” was anything but that. It took 28 minutes to get my 1 item. There were no employees manning the curbside pickup customers. They have plenty employees. I’ve seen them. I saw them today. There was a man rounding up carts outside. Very bad experience today.

Went in to find a washer, dryer, and fridge. Walking around the appliances for 10 mins and walked and stood, looked at the fridges in front of 5 Lowe's employees all sitting there talking. Not one offered any kind of assistance, said hi , or even try to make a sale. I went to Home Depot instead.
