  Trunk Storage Space bought out Extra Storage Space. The Google reviews you see are for Extra Storage...so please renters beware. Whatever rate you are quoted, it WILL increase dramatically after ninety (90) days. I went from paying $94/mth with Extra Storage, only experiencing one increase--- to $97/month. Trunk Storage has increased my rent to $197 after 3 months at $97...and the gate is broken and open! For those that are aware of the Apple Tree Center area, that is not good. They have a lot of units available as I can only assume renters cannot afford the rates. If you are a business owner who may not necessarily care because you just need storage space, this may be your spot. But if you're trying to watch your $ and not have to move again in a few months, shop around.
