  Company was ok when using them although scheduling was an issue, however now that I’ve cancelled my service with them they continue to charge my account and are “unavailable” to refund me my money for services not rendered. I’ve given them weeks before posting this as well.

  We have been M&W Termite Control Co., Inc customers since we moved to Memphis 8 years ago. I wouldn't consider changing pest control companies. We are on an annual treatment program but we have had some years when we call and request mid-year treatments as well. We always get a reminder to book our appointment and then once we book, we get a follow up reminder to make sure our pets are inside and our gate is unlocked. The representatives who come to our home are always so nice and knowledgeable too. Amazing quality of service coming at a great value.

  We have been customers of M&W for over 35 years. They are always dependable and very customer service oriented. We get to know the person assigned to us so are comfortable having them in our home. They have helped with all kinds of unwanted "guests" that take up residence not just termites. I highly recommend M&W.

  This group of people couldn't be nicer. I've used their pest control services for two homes, over the past 5 years. They are punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. My first home was on a bi-annual treatment and the only time I saw a bug was when it was dead. They have just begun treating my new home that unfortunately has a pre-existing pest issue. They have performed multiple treatments and walk me through ways to resolve the issue long term. I would recommend their services to anyone.
