- MSMelanie SmithMay 2, 20261.0Do not shop Lowe's Winchester near hacks Cross!!! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL UNKNOWLEDGEABLE sales associates I have ever witnessed. Lowe's has always been known for their expertise professionalism and assistance for any project you may be doing. The Lowe's on Winchester is not what it once was! At least four associates walked past me with their heads down or pretending to be so occupied that they did not look up to see what I needed as a matter of fact they would go the opposite way when they saw someone that look like they needed help, I find this to be extremely unprofessional as their job is simply to help! Whenever I asked about a certain product they would just point and tell me what end to go to, I waited in the aisle for more than 15 minutes for someone to come over to explain/help assist me with what I needed & which product to purchase. THE MAJORITY acted occupied and the one sales associate that I had to basically make come help me, had no knowledge and did not direct me and who could help me! UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT IS YOU NEED I WOULD NOT EVER SUGGEST VISITING OR PATRONIZING LOWE'S AT WINCHESTER AND HACKS CROSS! I am an African-American woman myself while observing I see that the majority of the workers in this lows are predominantly of African-American descent and unfortunately I feel this plays a major part and they helped I DID NOTreceived today. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOWE'S AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW KNOWS NOT TO VISIT THIS LOWE'S AGAIN. I ONLY PICKED ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK SOMETHING IF I HAD MY CHOICE YOU WOULD GET NO STARS AT ALL. DO BETTER OR SHUT DOWN!

Kossie, who works in the tile department I believe, was super helpful even in other areas of the store! He price checked multiple things for us and was very knowledgeable about the products and where they were! We made sure to check out with him! We will definitely will be back for purchasing our tile!

I called the store from my cell to request assistance, and to my surprise the young lady called for assistance over the PA system and Kevin Rod came with quick response. He was patient and was very precise with my needs. I love great customer service and companies that hire people who truly value their customers. I'll be back tomorrow for more items to finish up my DIY birds gym and more for my garden.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
