I’ve been a tenant with Extra Space now for 10 years or so give or take. I’ve had good service in the beginning, but around 2020 during the pandemic there was a drastic change. The customer service excelled even more with the addition of Jonathan as property manager . When there was a leak and my unit had flooding he went above and beyond to help ensure music equipment and other items in the unit were cared for. I can’t say enough great things about Extra Space Storage on Union. Thank you for the great service and professional courtesy.
