GOOD FACILITY. RODGER, THE MANAGER, IS GOOD TO WORK WITH. HAVE HAD A TEMP CONTROLLED CONTAINER HERE SINCE 2022 AND WHENEVER I ACCESS IT EVERYTHING IS AS IT WAS THE DAY I GOT IT. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THEY RAISED THEIR PRICE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ME INITIALLY USING THEM. ALSO, ABOUT EVERY 6-7 MONTHS THEY SEND OUT A PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION THROUGH THE MAIL. I CALL ROGER AND SO FAR HAS KEEPS IT THE SAME AS IT WAS 60 DAYS AFTER I GOT IT. OVERALL PLEASED WITH EXPERIENCE THERE AND HAVE BEEN USING THEM 4+ YEARS.

Reserved, paid for, and moved in my stuff within 10 mins. Roger, the manager, was extremely helpful. He walked me all the way to my unit and explain how the lock works. The facility is clean and spacious.
