- LLLaura LauraMay 15, 20261.0Delivery set up was fine it was about 2 months into my contract that I started to have issues mind you I had never been late on a payment I started to get phone calls telling me I needed to pay for my living room furniture ok I paid it then I actually looked at my contract my furniture was not due to be paid for for a whole five business days when I asked about it of course she got smart so I told her to come get the furniture and everything else they had now two weeks later they're trying to charge my account for furniture that has been returned
- AAAshleyMar 20, 20262.0The only pleasant part I’ve had in my experience so far… Less than a week, might I add… Was the delivery process. The guys that delivered my washer and dryer came and got everything set up quickly. They even came back and checked it when I accidentally made the washer leak and fix it in the same day. I applaud them and thanked them so much. There is a major disconnect from what is happening online versus what is happening in the store and it never makes sense to me and it almost got me to the point of canceling my entire order. I was OK with the wait time for the washer and dryer to come, but then I started getting messages about delays in the order. The day that it did come, I got a call talking about when payments were going to be made, and the payments had to be done within a few days versus what I was originally told which was I didn’t have to pay for the rest of the month, it would start payment on April 1. Everything that I read online when placing the order was completely disregarded so just be aware that when you see something online, it is not the same in store! There will be phone calls and re-explanations just to be told that whatever you saw online does not matter in the store. I don’t want to return my washer and dryer, but if this is how my experience is going to be, I might as well return them and find something else ASAP.

It’s 9 o’clock and I still don’t have my furniture. Not to mention the delivery man called me at 7 PM telling me that they were on their way I guess they decided to take my furniture home. I don’t even want it anymore.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

Aaron's accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards at most locations.
How does Aaron's Low Price Guarantee work?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
