Had to contact 1-800 twice; finally got help when he close account with ref # and said you have any problems call us back for corporate number. Call the store today now the account is terminated and hung in my face…NEVER AGAIN..use affirm or afterpay same furniture and you not spend thousands on something that $800.

- CMCataleya MenendezSep 12, 20131.0DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!! In May2012 My brother- in- law leased a 73 in tv with a glass stand for my sister for Mother's Day. In Feb.2013 he paid it off and purchased an extended warranty. At the end of July the tv had sound but no picture. My sister called Aaron's where she spoke with Darren (the sales manager), He stated that they would send someone to her home to repair the tv. It took 3 days which was ok considering they had to order the bulb. On Aug. 5th the guy came out to repair the tv but the bulb didn't work. He called the store manager in the presence of my brother- in - law. The store manager told him to tell my brother- in- law that on Tuesday, Aug. 6th tv non-working tv would be picked up and sent for repair and a loaner would be dropped of til the repair was completed. Well days past by and not a word. Sat. Aug 10th My sis & brother- in- law went to Aarons. Darren told my sis that because the tv had been paid out they can not give them a loaner. My sis in return says that fine just pick up my tv and repair it. They picked it up that Monday and here it is a month later and no tv only the run around and bad attitudes because she's asking about her property. BAD BUSINESS *Darren (sales manager) & Anthony (general manager) both lie and mislead people.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
