All I wanted for my items to be delivered on the day I was promised but I never was told a time frame when my items will arrive. Not only that, they lied and said they called and no one answered. And come to find out it was not my number. I'm very upset and disappointed of the service and professionalism I received. I have paid off many accounts with this company

I was unable to answer the call therefore I contacted the store back about 20 minutes later. Spoke with a gentleman that stated all I would need to bring in is my ID. Drove 45 minutes to the store at a later date and was told I would need additional documentation in which was not explained over the phone. The desk clerk was rude and very unprofessional, by her behavior and attitude I decided to cancel my order. She stated I could not get a refund until other associate returned to the store. Will never do business with the store and the employees need a serious lesson in customer relations, ASAP!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
