  Took down a tree and seven oversized bushes, and removed all of the stumps. The crew was very careful and did not cause any damage to the retaining wall and brick walls. Very pleased with the results and their pricing.

  100% satisfied with Victory One Tree Service! They are professional, dependable, responsive, and do exactly what they say they’re going to do. The quality of their work is excellent, and they take pride in doing the job right. They’ve become our go-to tree service for our properties in the Smokies and I have used them more than once.   The price was a little high. The crew left behind a bobcat and a trailer full of wood on my property. They didn't arrive the next day at the promise time. Even though I left them a wide open area to perform the work they found it necessary to tread on my lawn. Though the crew did an okay job of cleaning, they left behind a significant amount of debris. They asked on more than one occasion for a five-star review. Edit: The garden cart pictured is one of two I filled with debris that I had to dig out of the yard since your bobcat driver ran over a bunch of branches forcing them into the soil. Most of the debris would have caused damage to my mower blades of I had not removed it. You were unaware your crew had left equipment parked on my property until I called to complain. I agreed to the equipment being left on the condition it would be removed first thing in the morning. After 1:00 in the afternoon is NOT first thing in the morning. The only reason your crew showed up 5 minutes after I called is because they were already on their way... Again, you had no clue... The fact you asked on more than one occasion for a 5 star review even before work has been performed. Perhaps if you had been present through all phases of work, some of the issues could have been minimized... Not just show up to collect and bugger off...... Those are the reasons for my review and rating...

  Very Knowledable and skillful!!! It is Amazing to watch them work their techniques in taking down a tree....then cleanup in such a way that you would never know a tree was there. I Highly recommend Victory One Tree Service.
