- ABAaron BeattieMay 6, 20261.0Bought a new fridge and paid for express shipping. They showed up after the delivery window with a fridge covered in dents (dents were covered in foam packaging in very scamlike behavior). I rejected the fridge and they left the house with my back door still removed from the hinges just propped up against the wall. After calling and getting hung up on a million times, they offered to come back with a new fridge 2 days later. Guess what? They didn’t. Waited all day two work days. Newborn baby has been crying and needs formula. They used some clown show company called Spirit Logistics. Stay away from Lowe’s. They have changed.
- EEEstherMay 4, 20265.0Wonderful place to get all of my supplies like wood, paint, yard, etc. I always like coming here because they got all the stuff I need so good price and the employees are all always super helpful and friendly. Store is clean and organized well too. I really appreciate the people who helped me look for my items when I can't find it. Also today I went in to find matching paint and the employees here were super helpful and help me make the exact shade of paint I need that matches my sample leftover paint. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!
- LKLeaders And KingsApr 6, 20261.0I bought a brand new John Deere Riding mower for $3100. It was supposed to be assembled I paid for assembly. I got a call they broke the key when assembeling it then sent me a 2023 3 year old mower instead. The paint was faded and sunbaked the seat worn, rust on tail pipe. This is the Lowes way? I will not buy from Lowes again. I bought 6 months ago 2 new front style washer and dryer for almost $2800. The installers installed it wrong first day the dryer would not work and I called the store they sent me to Maytag said sorry it's not our problem anymore. It took 2 weeks for Maytag to come out and re hook it up right. Lowes sucks I won't buy for them again. If they would let me pay for the 3 year old demo price that would be fine but they offered me a $50 gift card instead.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
