- KPK PAug 13, 20262.0Came in to this store today to pick up an item I paid for after starting a new agreement at my main store. The staff at my specific store said I could do a pickup for the item as a transfer. However, the male employee at this store told me it wasn’t protocol, which was understandable. I only explained the process I went through with my store and then told him that I was informed delivery for said item is unpredictable. From the moment I said I was there to pickup the item, the male employee’s demeanor and service was very hostile and straight to the point. I’ve used Aaron’s for years and haven’t had an issue like this before. Two stars because he still helped me to take the item home, and he even apologized after we finished the transfer. He explained things like that could backfire if not done correctly. Which is all very understandable. But I’m positive I didn’t do or say anything that insinuated I was trying to manipulate the staff or be difficult. There was no need for hostility! I did not like my experience at this store! I didn’t even get his name.

Their driver hit my son’s basketball goal he got for Christmas that was in the yard.We got pictures of the truck, basketball goal, and the truck license plate. When we reached out to the store they just gave us the run around. The Manager Latoya is always busy. It seems like she is always busy or on lunch. We have called the store 3 or 4 times. Also we have went up there and the manager wasn’t at the store she was on lunch. This very unacceptable. Can some reach out to me about this matter?

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
