  Great company...that takes credit for other company's work. Another company did the front landscaping and they swoop in and steal back work, then put sign in front to take credit for it all. Great business ethics.

  I had an excellent experience with Fall River Landscaping in Lebanon, TN. They helped transform both new and existing mulch beds around my home, and the difference is dramatic. Before their work, parts of my yard, especially along the side of the house, were an eyesore. Old, overgrown beds had no definition, dead shrubs were scattered throughout, and the HVAC units were fully exposed. Everything just blended together in an unintentional way. Their team completely reimagined the space, creating clean, crisp bed lines, removing the clutter, and designing a natural screen that now hides the HVAC beautifully. The plant selection and layering were all their recommendations, and the color combinations really stand out. Communication was excellent from the start—quick responses and a smooth process. Once we agreed on the plan, they scheduled the job within a couple of days. The crew worked hard, stayed late to finish things properly, and left everything clean when they were done. The pricing felt very fair for the level of quality and attention to detail. I was impressed enough that I’ve since hired them for routine lawn maintenance as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fall River Landscaping and will absolutely use them again in the future.

  Update: This is the third summer we have asked Fall River for landscaping assistance. Jose’ is very quick to respond with a quote and with services! The items that they planted two years ago have matured beautifully. Jose’ and his team do a great job mulching and cleaning up around each bed in doing so. We will continue to seek their services whenever needed! Initial Review: Jose and his team went above and beyond to meet our landscaping needs. He worked quickly, completing our project within three weeks of our first contact! He was professional and courteous, maintaining good communication with us to be certain our expectations were in line with his plans. When he felt what we were asking for might not be a good idea regarding plant choice with soil and light needs, he expressed that to us politely and provided other options he felt would work well to create a similar effect. When the work was complete, he did a walk through with us to make sure that we were happy with the end results. We will certainly work with Fall River again as we tackle future phases of our project!
