DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR DELIVERY FROM LOWES
We purchased a brand new washer and dryer from Lowe’s on Clinton highway. They did not inform us that they used a third party delivery company that’s motto is “we have nothing to do we Lowe’s”, and vice versa. The company and Lowe’s failed to deliver our washer and dryer on the scheduled date, and marked it as our fault without reaching out to us or us to them. When we called customer service they explained that it was our responsibility to reschedule. We rescheduled 2 days out, and on delivery the dryer we spend a lot of money on was dented and not functional. This was aggravating, but we didn’t care as long as we got it again soon. We scheduled it for 2 more days out, and upon delivery the dryer was damaged and not functional AGAIN. Then they asked us if we wanted to reschedule? They offered us no compensation other than standard delivery times and a refund. ALL WE WANTED WAS A FUNCTIONING DRYER.

I buy a weed-eater yesterday. Use it for a hour, it messes up. Go to this Lowe’s to warranty it out, but the price is different so the manager tells me “you bought it at a different store it’s a different price here.” So I had to pay a difference for a brand new weed-eater, only 5 miles from another store…

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
