I came in to pick up an AC unit that showed stock online, but several other associates insisted there were none left. Despite being in a walking boot and juggling three other customers, Kimmie took total ownership of the problem. She refused to give up, coordinated with another staff member, and physically located the unit for me. The only negative is the lack of employees to assist in searching the huge store for specific items. When you do find an associate, they are typically very friendly and helpful.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
