The Lowe's in South Knoxville disappointed me for the first time ever. I went in today to get a tool that was on sale and had salespeople around me I even inquired about the sale and about wanting to get Craftsman ratchet wrench tool and still no one would help. I guess from now on home Depot and harbor freight on my new locations to start buying battery powered tools. I've been a Kobalt fanboy for a long time and was getting ready try craftsman due to limited stock of Kobalt tools I was looking for, now I guess I will make the change to Milwaukee or Ryobi.

While I will utilize both Lowes and H.D., I across the board prefer Lowes; absolutely.
I have just learned that both of these retailers are planning on installing license plate reading cameras in their parking lots, this troubles me.
I have absolutely no problem with these businesses using these cameras as a tool to fight the rampant theft the stores have been facing.
My problem is them sharing this information indiscriminately with law enforcement.
I would have no problem if they could help solve some other crimes that may pass thru their parking lots, which I'm sure happens.
But me personally, have been the victim of law enforcement's overzealous desire at times to make innocent citizens criminals.
Being 100% innocent of the accusations made against me, I still have ufounded B.S. attached to my name. I was never arrested, charged, or convicted for this, but any officer locally (I believe it's limited to locally) that runs my information will see the false allegations attached; and most likely treat me accordingly.
Why must I be treated as a criminal for something I've never done? Because one woman cannot tell one vehicle from another, did not see the person who she thinks did what she thinks happend. And because law enforcement took her statement as legitimate, then put 2 and 2 together then came up with 7.25....?
I will be covering up my license plate with painters tape before I enter these parking lots from here forward.

Overall good, friendly people work here. Happy to help, but this is for Jean who should learn to regulate her emotions before speaking to customers. Apparently there was a Lowe’s Pro event going on (did not know) we were heading out the store after our purchase when Brandon offered us some delicious leftover food. I asked if it was free and I was told that it was, then as I’m preparing me & my friend’s plate, Jean decided to ask us if we were Pro customers, then said this event was only for Pro customers (we’re definitely not planning on signing up now) Brandon: thank you so much for your hospitality & kindness and apologizing on a grown woman’s behalf.
