Corporate and local shop both failed terribly. Ill never shop at a Lowe's again after the past two experiences I had with them. The most recent, I ordered some short sections of gutter materials and 2 bags of concrete. Order said they were delivered. I have video of the driver just leaving a plastic bag of the small items and not unloading any concrete. You cannot report an item missing online or in the app, so I tried calling the store which was a 45 minute wait. So I contacted customer support online and they kept insisting I go to the store. (There's a reason I ordered it for delivery) Everyone I talked to said they couldn't do anything because the order says delivered, saying "the system won't let us do anything." I several times offered to show the video of it not being delivered.They ended up filing a claim whatever that means.... All for a $10 worth of concrete. Not to mention, it took basically an hour for that process to even start. Still no idea what's going on there. Sad that it's this much of hassle for such a small amount of money. Ill never risk buying large orders of materials from them again because of this.
2nd terrible experience, I ordered several appliances from this store and at that time they offered paid installation. Paid the installation cost, materials, and carry away. Guys showed up to delivery it and I had to argue with them because they were just going to leave it in my driveway. I have no moving straps, dolly, or anything, and at the time knew no one close to help move anything. Once the guys finally agreed to install the items, they kept saying " don't contact Lowe's about this because we will get in trouble." Super shady, and Lowe's should manager their contractors or whoever better.

Never purchased a paint sprayer from this place. I purchased a paint sprayer that I did not like. Tried to return it four or five days later and was told there was a 48-hour return window. I was never told anything about the 48 hour return window before or during purchase. This is not industry standard because I checked Home Depot and they have a 30-day policy on sprayers. I will never spend another dime at this place.
update: the owner asked me to call the 1800 number, and for what, I do not know because calling that number was a waste of time. I'll be taking all my service to Home Depot from this day forward.
