On April 18th we purchased a 8x10 Midtown outdoor shed that was on clearance for $374.75 from $1499.00. It was scheduled for delivery today, April 29th between 11:30-3:30. Multiple times they emailed reminders about the delivery, but today around 1pm my husband received a phone call stating unfortunately we would not be getting the shed we paid for and have been waiting for. They did not pull the product from the shelf when we purchased it, and sold it to someone else. So tell me why they would not make it right for us by replacing our shed with a similar shed for roughly the same original price when it was not our fault they resold our shed to begin with?!?!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent delivery experience from Lowe's and am hoping someone can step in to address this. We originally received a delivery window of 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., which was then updated the evening before to a much narrower window of 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Based on that confirmed timeframe, we arranged and paid for someone to be onsite to receive the delivery. After the delivery window had already begun, we were notified that the delivery would be delayed by an entire week. This last-minute change created a ripple effect. We had already scheduled carpet installation with an independent contractor and coordinated other plans around this delivery. As a result, we incurred direct out-of-pocket costs, spent hours rearranging schedules, and experienced unnecessary disruption. When I reached out for assistance, I was encouraged to “wait for delivery,” with no clear resolution or accountability. I was also told that any potential adjustment would be reviewed after delivery, without any specifics. Due to the uncertainty, I ultimately canceled the order. I requested a modest $60 reimbursement to cover the cost of having someone onsite during the confirmed delivery window, which was declined. I understand that delays can happen. However, the combination of shifting delivery windows, last-minute communication, and lack of a clear or proactive resolution is very disappointing—especially as a frequent Lowe’s customer. At a minimum, I would appreciate reconsideration of the $60 reimbursement given the confirmed delivery window and resulting expense. I would also welcome the opportunity to speak with someone directly to resolve this matter.

Today I learned that Lowe's doesnt have anything to do with broken major appliances after a 48 hour window. I bought a fridge last month that stopped working today. I called and told them what happened and they said there was nothing they could do outside of the 48 hour window and they suggested I contact the manufacturer. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

You all just lost a loyal customer which you probably don't care about. And this is to Lowe's in general, not the store. To only carry battery powered tools is absolutely insane, you don't have to carry a large stock, but there should still be options. The battery tool game is a joke. The batteries don't last long and you have to pay as much for additional batteries as the tool is worth. There's a large group of us that will never use battery tools.!!!!
