    Joseph the pickup area manager is literally one of the rudest and most useless people I’ve ever met at any Lowe’s. How he has a job with that level of customer service is beyond me. No way I’d let the employees of my company be as useless or rude without being tasked with, written up or fired. Normally Lowe’s is one of the best places I’ve been to when it comes to picking up items. But this one is not recommended.

    This review is specifically for Denise in appliances. Overall, my experience with Lowe's in general is less than a one...honestly would give below a zero and almost always choose Home Depot for this reason. Waiting for this place to go out of business. BUT, DENISE IS A ROCKSTAR! She went out of her way to help me on two different occasions, literally spending two hours with me trying to find a fridge. Not only was she helping me but also getting pulled in a thousand other directions because of lack of staffing, etc. Lowe's, I used to enjoy shopping with you, but rarely do now. And your AI-driven phone service is literally the worst out there, completely annoying.

    Trans#411380180 date05-01-26 we went to lowes on this day and had a great experience spent $430.04 we ran out of material on 05-03-26 so we went back to lowes the guy at the pro desk was very rude we needed 100 more boards we arrived at 6:15 the guy said he had the wood put up and the pro side was shut down and he didn't have to load the wood and wasn't going to do it lowes dont close till 8 and he was just sitting doing nothing I ask for a manager and she said she would fix it her and him had a huttle and was laughing and cutting up wow what customer service she said it was policy and they shut down pro side at 6pm we need a lot more supplies but we can go to the competitor if we get treated better plus we use our credit card so lowes lost again and we have learned as consumers big corporations dont really care about customers anymore so here's my little freedom of speech getting a little justice for being treated so bad I dont recommend shopping at this store customer service is great on Monday morning but run by rude employees on Sunday with no care and nothing is going to happen to them from management so dont bother

    Complete and under garbage!!! Call the store and customer service picks up the phone and sits it on the counter can hear her checking out at least 3 customers and never picks the phone up. Call again after about 20 rings picks up ask me to hold and immediately puts me on hold. After about 8 mins of being on hold I hang up. Call the Morristown store and immediately get assistance and a manager. He was awesome called the other store and called me back and informed me the store manager was calling me. After about an hour I said screw it and called corporate. Corporate was less than helpful and could not provide me with a reason why my product wasn’t shipped. One would assume after telling them maybe they should call the store since nobody there answers phones and get me an answer. Of course after 5 min they have an answer lol (who would have guessed). Placed the order with 2 in stock on Friday 4/24 and the reason for it not being delivered today Thursday 4/30…. “It was missing” lmao now the closest delivery is Wednesday 5/6. Don’t waste your time here!!!!

    My family and I always have been loyal Lowe's customers. We use their credit card and buy everything from there. I happen to see a fridge at a different location, I went home to get measurement to make sure it fits in my house, went back to buy it the next day, it was gone. Went online to buy it, it was a $1,000 more than the in-store price. So I called this location to inquire about the price, since online and in-store are not the same price. The guy that picked up refused to tell me if they have it in stock. He said they do not hold things over the phone, I said that is fine, if you have it I will be heading your way immediately to buy it. He said he can't do it and gave a long stupid excuse to why he can't. I said whatever, can you at least tell me the price, he also refused. He said they do not allow him to do that. I was shocked to be honest. I live 30 minutes away from that location and not willing to make a drive up there just to see if they have it. I was ready to buy it if they have it in store, but now I will never be buying anything at lowe's and will cancel the card. They really like to robe people and charge more online.
