  Honestly the best retail experience I’ve ever had. Jack and Caitlyn put us at ease and were so easy to talk to about what we wanted without any pressure. Jack pointed us in the right direction of the couch we were looking for, and Caitlyn came to our home and measured our space to make sure everything would fit perfectly! If you are in need of some pieces and concerned about picking what works best in your space, I would not hesitate to ask for Jack and Caitlyn! We looked at several stores prior to and were concerned with the quality and comfort of the couches, not to mention the high pressure sales tactics. Here, we were met with service and patience to find what fit best for our family! They walked us through the quality of the product, the warranties, and picking the most durable fabric so we can have this for years to come! This will be our new go-to for making our house a home!

  Power reclining love seat is excellent, very comfortable. Delivery arrived in time frame expected. Delivery personal were professional, careful and courteous. Very satisfied.

  Not happy with chair I ordered at all. I ordered a leather recliner with upgraded seat. I got it almost 2 months after I ordered from the store. Then when I got it the seat was hard and felt like I didnt even get the seat I ordered. I have waited a couple months and seat is hars and when I sit on it my hamstrings hurt after about 5 minutes. The part after the seat that is under your leg is too high and cuts into bottom of my thighs and hurts hamstrings. I hate this recliner and now out 1400 dollars.

  This review does not reflect on the chair but on customer service. We were to get a leather cleaning kit at the time we purchased but they told us they were out of them but assured me it would be on the truck when it was delivered. It was not on the truck and the driver said he didn't know anything about it. I called our salesman and he told me we would need to pick it up at the store. The store is over 20 miles from our home and I had a recent shoulder surgery. I told him that was not possible, could they mail it. He said their system would not allow them to mail it. I view this as Lazyboy's problem as the cleaning kit was not available at time of purchase and was not delivered with the chair....they had two opportunities to get the cleaning kit to us. However, Lazyboys solution is for my husband to drive over 40 miles to pick up our cleaning kit!

  I purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner yesterday and had a great experience. They offered a wide selection to choose from, including rockers and wall recliners, which made it easy to find something that fit my needs. Ana, my sales representative, was very helpful and patient as I worked through my requirements. Although she was new, she showed a strong willingness to learn—whenever she wasn’t sure about something, she didn’t hesitate to ask a fellow team member. That kind of dedication really stood out. I’m looking forward to receiving my quality La-Z-Boy chair in the next few weeks!
