  Wow. The customer service is incredible here! My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Todd. (By the way, they are not on commission here-it is a team approach) Todd was patient as we sat on every chair and sofa and when we finally decided on what we liked, he built is on the computer. I was able to change the fabrics, look at contrasting colors etc. In the end we are very excited about the new sofa and chairs. If you want a good recliner that you can customize then this is the place to go!

  From my initial interaction with Chris on the sales floor to my in-home design consultation with Rachel to the purchasing appointment with both of them, I would say that the experience was overwhelmingly AMAZING! They were both very patient with me as i weeded out the various choices of sofa/chair styles and fabric choices. I feel very confidant that I chose to purchase the furniture that I will be thrilled with for years- and it is all thanks to Chris and Rachel. They made the process seamless, enjoyable, and actually fun!

  Easy ordering just what I wanted on time delivery delivery people were knowledgeable courteous and made sure we knew how to operate the recliners

  Our salesman Chris was very professional and patient with me as it took awhile. No pressure, very professional and an asset to the Knoxville facility. Hope to add a loveseat in the future.

  Salesman at the Knoxville, TN was GREAT! I explained what my physical needs were and he helped me purchase a new recliner. He was very Patient with me especially when I viewed my concerns about needing a chair not only for me but for my two little dogs who constantly sit with me. I can’t wait to receive my new recliner.
