  Just purchased two new leather recliners from La-Z-Boy and can't wait for them to arrive. Greg Gray is an outstanding senior sales associate....zero pressure and total honesty. Yes, their furniture isn't the lowest cost, but the quality is incredible. I especially loved having over 600 colors/patterns to choose from!! I've been a customer for years and look forward to many more years buying from them.

  La-Z-Boys recliners have gotten cheaply made. Just bought one, and when we turned it upside down, we see the big difference in how they're made. Sad to see L-Z boy do this AND heavily increase the prices. Bet this one doesn't hold up like my other two. I guess this is America now. Cheap.

  Outstanding customer service by Ana and Caitlin. It was hard for me to visualize what my room would look like with a sofa and love seat verses a sectional. Caitlin came to my house and brought leather, rug samples and measured the room. She created a couple of sketch layouts and that was extremely helpful.

  We had veteran salesman Greg. He was fabulous. He is retiring soon, so go now!!! Not only was he not hovering, being obnoxious and pressuring us, he was respectful, informative and just "there". It was our first time in. Most furniture stores, you feel like you are "tagged" and they follow you around. Our experience was grea and would go back again. Still awaiting or chair, another review to follow.

  I’m a little disappointed in the turnaround time of my order. We were originally told it would be about six weeks and the latest update, It’s going be more like 10 to 12 weeks. This is for my 93-year-old grandmother who is needing the chair for support and lift chair capabilities. I feel like this is a very long time to wait. Not sure I would recommend anyone else as this is too long to wait.
