  I like the chair but the recliner lever is difficult to actuate, poor ergonomic design.

  We purchased a recliner at the Knoxville store. Sales people were very helpful but not pushy. They let us look around try whatever chairs we wanted and then help us with the decision. Very helpful and lazy boy is the best.

  Outstanding delivery by Rick and Lucero. They took their time to find the best entry way into the house. They used pads to protect both the couch and walls. Their set up of the couch was effortless and smooth. Rick showed us how the couch functions and the functions of the remote. They cleaned up after themselves. These gentlemen were very professional.

  We came in plenty concerned to find two chairs to fit us just right. We had an awful experience getting a Moto Motion chair repaired. They never could fix it. We then went to Ala Barco Lounger which had manual leg lift. Very uncomfortable for both of us. We settled in to finding two perfect chairs at La-z-Boy. Our sales rep was outstanding!

  Excellent service and patience from Todd . Very knowledgeable and helped us make a decision between two lines. It came down to features available on the remotes and how they functioned. Excellent explanation by Todd!
