Who gets excited about storage? I will tell you this; I have used storage when traveling/moving from New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Idaho, both Carolinias, both Virginia and Virginia and Tennessee. Yes I moved a lot. If I hospital or university chased me down and offered a significant wage increase, I went for it. I am also older. Spent 50+ years in the medical field. But this isn’t about me. Extra space storage is, hands down, my favorite storage option. I am spending half as much for better, cleaner and kinder people and set up. Yes, the people are cleaner but that is not a factor. The man who manages this storage is very helpful, personable and, as I said, kind. The amount of storage is amazing! 3 floors packed full but organized lockers. Large elevators and large flat top carts/carriers. The have taken everything g I needed them to take. Small enough to handle but big enough to move everything I own. This is simply a fantastic facility, very secure and very convenient! I recommend it and I will check the set up I. Other cities so I can say that this place is acceptable or standard for the brand. I cannot say. I don’t regret it in the slightest!

Staff available Sat at 3 pm and helpful. Busy UT move in day so students pulling things out of storage. Loading dock convienent for backin, plenty large carts, door access worked well. Clean with reasonable fees.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, Joe was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Joe took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers. I really appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility!

First of all, the office staff is awesome to work with! The building is kept spotlessly clean. I have always felt safe in the building no matter the time of day! I highly recommend Extra Space on Dance Street!
