He does an amazing job managing the facility and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Tom is professional, friendly, attentive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in keeping the property in top shape. The facility itself is always incredibly clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and secure. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility. If you want great service and peace of mind, this is the place to go!
- SWShalynn WallaceMay 1, 20262.0I was a customer of Extra Space Storage for a few years. I honestly never had any issues with them, the facility, or moving in/out. Facility was always clean, and everyone I ever spoke to was kind. The only reason I feel I couldn’t give more than a two star is the rates. I know and understand economy changes and rates will adjust. I couldn’t swallow paying $171 for a 5x10 unit any longer. I will add, this was not with 24 hour access and on the fourth floor. I called and asked if there was anything available along the lines of customer loyalty… they came back with “the best they could do is $153”. I laughed to myself and asked when is the last day to move out will be. I let them know I would have my things out by said date. That was the whole conversation. I moved my things to another storage company, also paying a fraction of what I was paying at Extra Space Storage.
