- CWCristy WardAug 8, 20251.0Beyond TERRIBLE service! Have been trying to get the Johnson City location to fix my pool heater and do other work ( they would make alot of money on this job)for literally six Months. We have called, gone into the store and done everything possible to get these guys to help us. They service our pool and do a great job but that is it. If your pool ever has a problem beware - they just DON’T care. My husband has called no less than ten times trying to get this addressed. We even went to the store and the manager said “ yeah they really dont have staff to handle anything, the best i can do is send an email to my boss” no one ever responded Horrible service to a client that spends thousands a year with them
