I called load and got their AI answering system, which is totally a waste of time and will probably keep me from ordering major appliances that I load from now on.

He printed me an owners manual and left it at the customer service desk. I appreciate his outstanding customer service. He deserves to be employee of the month and get a bonus. Thank you Mr. Samuel.

When the order was written up we were not given the sale price which we did not know about until we went to a different Lowe’s. The person writing up the order was apparently new and did not know what he was doing. Nice guy, but unable to help us. Now we will have to go somewhere else for our storm doors, but I don’t know where, Thanks for the runaround.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
