  Needed new plumbing. This is the mess I got. Blue glue all over! Plumbers sent also left cigs in my lawn. Contracted another to fix it. I've requested a refund, no response yet!

  Scheduled to have our pool liner looked at for repair last Friday. They never called and never showed up. Everyday they have said someone will be out since then. No calls, no one shows up. When we call them, the office can't tell us anything, they don't know where the tech is, they just kept saying tomorrow. Well, no one has shown up yet and they still never call for any change of schedule or to let you know anything. The only time we ever spoke with them was when we contacted them. We cancelled, not a very professional way to operate. Zero communication, seems very unorganized. Kicker is the pool is literally less than a mile from their office. Went with another company and actually got a phone call to confirm our appointment.

  call got a price on install my pool liner the lady on the phone was so nice and gave me a price around 2000.00 18 x 36. when I was ready for them to install the liner call back and I talked to a man (thank his name was Chris not 100% on name I am 71 and older) this time they told me that could not put in the liner if I didn't buy the liner thru them. So I was lied too are they just to make a another 800.00 on liner. got a great honest man to put in liner for the price they quoted. his name is Paul Beals if need work on pool, he lives in Elizabethton

  We had our pool liner replaced, if u are not a perfectionist, u would be satisfied with the work and the communication, despite the pri ce. My disgust is from the cigarette butts left in the driveway, the pool area, the grass and even on the pool stairs..owner said "they must have fallen out of their pockets". Again, if u suspend your common sense u will be satisfied
