  They fixed a leaking pump (seals replacement), did minor plumbing upgrades (added a valve and an inline sacrifice rod), they also did a pool closing for me. The repairs were done on the first visit; the closing had some minor issues, but the front desk lady solved and coordinated everything for me (she is a real asset to the company!). I like that they are working with you until you are satisfied. Looking forward to my next big project of liner replacement with Tri-Cities Pools, next season!

  Thank goodness for Tri Cities Pools and Tonya. Thanks to them, my grandchildren can enjoy a safe and well-maintained pool to swim in and enjoy for many years to come. We feel blessed to have them to always answer our calls and come to do any service in a timely manner and send very capable employees. Our inground pool has been a joy for our family and we credit and highly recommend Tri Cities Pools to anyone looking for an affordable and dependable pool company to deal with.

  Needed new plumbing. This is the mess I got. Blue glue all over! Plumbers sent also left cigs in my lawn. Contracted another to fix it. I've requested a refund, no response yet!

  Scheduled to have our pool liner looked at for repair last Friday. They never called and never showed up. Everyday they have said someone will be out since then. No calls, no one shows up. When we call them, the office can't tell us anything, they don't know where the tech is, they just kept saying tomorrow. Well, no one has shown up yet and they still never call for any change of schedule or to let you know anything. The only time we ever spoke with them was when we contacted them. We cancelled, not a very professional way to operate. Zero communication, seems very unorganized. Kicker is the pool is literally less than a mile from their office. Went with another company and actually got a phone call to confirm our appointment.
