For our local accounts, our drivers simply provide a copy of the invoice with each delivery, and we request payment in full within 30 days. Credit card orders must be paid when the order is placed and cannot be used for payment after the order has been invoiced.

Simply provide a copy of your invoice, attach it to the product, and return it with our driver. A credit will be issued to your account for that product. Certain items, such as toner cartridges, typically have a one-year warranty and can be returned without penalty if they're defective.
