- MCMark CookApr 30, 20264.0Johnny with Site One brought two crêpe myrtles out to replace the dead ones. He was very nice and I appreciate Site One replacing the ones that died over the winter. I bought three crêpe myrtles, approximately 7 foot tall with a big root system burlap wrapped fall of 2025 @ Approximately $150 apiece from site one. One came out perfectly this spring (2026) and the other two have a few sprigs coming out the bottom.We wanted established trees, not Seedlings that’s why we paid approximately $150 apiece. Talk to Dave the manager, and they will not stand behind their trees. With the price like that there should be a 20 year guarantee, but they have none not even the offer of an another tree. Not even a discounted tree. I would’nt recommend this company for anything. $300 down the drain.

I spent a substantial amount of money on various landscape items and one of the trees did not make it. They do not honour any warranty despite professional installation. Use another supplier .
