Lowe’s customer service is excellent. They helped with the installation of our carpet in two bedrooms. I would highly recommend them

Went in to order a screen door. Waited several days and took time off of work to meet the installers at my home for a measurement. Guy show up looks at the door and informed me in 30 seconds that they dont install that type of door. Funny, I was standing right there with the Lowes salesperson who knew exactly what kind of door I wanted. Called and spoke to a manager (supposedly) at Lowes. Told him about the situation. His plan/reaction was to give me another number to call like its my problem to micro-manage them. I simply asked for a refund at this point. These people are not organized. They dont communicate. Everyone is in their little operational box. As such, they dont deserve my business.

Assistant managers there all have attitude and don’t care about safety. I have seen countless problems with this store as I deliver to several other locations and am surprised OSHA hasn’t been reported to them yet. They say they are busy store around but also most complacent store. Highly recommend go another one in the area

Visiting Lowe’s felt less like a shopping trip and more like an observational study on employee burnout. From the moment I walked in, the general atmosphere was a mix of indifference and quiet resentment. Assistance was apparently a limited-time offer that had already expired. Anyone I did manage to speak with seemed either in a rush to get somewhere else or carrying the unmistakable energy of someone who deeply regrets their life choices. The highlight was self-checkout, which somehow still required staff who were nowhere to be found. Despite doing the job myself, I still managed to leave without a receipt due to lack of support or explanation. At that point, it felt easier to accept potential loss than attempt to track someone down. Overall, the experience was consistent: minimal interaction, minimal assistance, and minimal reason to return. If the goal is to create a fully self-service environment where customers also absorb all responsibility, you’re very close to achieving it.
