- PPPam Price2 days ago5.0It was wonderful! Loved all the choices of living room furniture. So many colors and couches and fabrics to choose from. Our sales person Hannah was fantastic! She answered all of our questions and helped us through the process of deciding what we really wanted.... She never got upset because we changed our mind too many times.

I ordered a coffee table that was slightly damaged, and Hannah from the Gray, TN store was amazing in coordinating a pickup/drop off of a replacement. It could have been a headache but she went out of her way to make it as seamless as possible.

The only negative feedback I have is the back order on some items. The couch we really wanted wasn’t available for 2+ months so we got a different one and then a cabinet we wanted wasn’t available until November so we decided against it to see if we could find one elsewhere quicker.

With no companion with me and me being a bit indecisive, the task of picking out furniture for the livingroom and dining room felt overwhelming but I was up for the challenge. When I entered the store, which seemed like a football field filled with beautiful furniture, I was greeted by Derrick. He was so patient and so helpful. He wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me anything. Derrick was giving me facts about quality and location of items while understanding my taste in what I was looking for. Two and a half hours later, I left very satisfied and at peace with everything ordered and delivery set up. I will always recommend Derrick at Furniture Row to anyone looking for furniture. 5 star 100%!
