  I found an item online and called the store for questions about delivery and set up. Caleb helped me with the whole process and ensured I was getting the best deal, as well as making check out an easy process. Caleb was very polite and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this store!

  Derrick was extremely helpful and provided options for swivel, recliner, rocking chairs in a multitude of options. He was patient and knowledgeable on all the types, colors, and availability. I would highly recommend Furniture Row and Derrick.

  Michael was our sales associate. He did a great job answering a lot of questions. Furniture row definately needs to give their sales associates wiggle room somewhere. At any rate we made our living room purchase thanks to Michael's ability to answer questions and he did a great job not showing any frustrations one may have with plenty of them to annswer!

  The store has all the options! Whatever you are looking for to make your room the way you envision it. The process you see some used furniture for can get you a brand new piece from Furniture Row! Derrick Walker was personable and such a great salesman. Derrick gave us informed options and honest opinions when asked. Made my decision and purchase easy! I highly recommend Furniture Row and Derrick to help you!

  Hayden Hottinger was an excellent salesperson at helping my family today find the perfect fit to some furniture we were purchasing at Furniture Rowe. His knowledge of furniture brand names and exactly where each piece is located in the store was amazing. He was never pushy or tried talking us into buying more than we wanted. I could ask him if he had a type of furniture I had been searching for. I explained what I wanted and if he didn't have it on the floor he would go straight to the website and show me pictures and it would be exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, he is moving from the Johnson City, Tn Store and moving to Huntsville Alabama. I'm sorry I don't think I can like his choice of states. I never could like the words Crimson Tide. But if you can get past he is most likely a Tennessee Vol, you certainly will have a masterpiece of a salesman. He is very professional and a notch above the rest! Ask for Hayden at Furniture Row. You will be glad you did.
