  I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Kevin Blevins! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make our furniture purchasing experience absolutely exceptional. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and has one of the best personalities of anyone we have ever worked with. He was so personable and easy to talk to that within minutes, we felt like we had known him for years. What impressed us most was his honesty, transparency, and genuine willingness to help. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, immediately pointed me in the right direction, and allowed us the freedom to browse without ever feeling pressured or rushed. He was always readily available to answer questions and never hesitated to assist us in any way. In a time when exceptional customer service seems increasingly rare, Kevin truly sets the standard. It was evident that he wasn’t simply trying to make a sale, but genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and confident in our purchase. I can honestly say that this was hands down the best furniture purchasing experience we have ever had. Kevin made the entire process enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free.   We had a wonderful experience shopping for living room furniture at Furniture Row. Our Sales Consultant, Kevin Blevins, was very respectful and knowledgeable. Kevin showed us around the store and then left us alone to browse. When we found what we liked Kevin explained the current promotions and sales. The furniture was delivered in a reasonable time frame and we'll definitely recommend Furniture Row to friends and family.

  I can't say enough good things about our experience at Furniture Row in Gray, TN. After searching 3 other stores, we found the perfect living room set there. They have a unique selection with competitive prices. Derrick Walker greeted us when we walked in and was very knowledgeable about all the furniture. He was able to answer all of our questions on the spot and the purchase process was fast and effortless. 10/10 recommend !

  Normally I go into furniture stores and leave stressed. But I decided to stop by and try out furniture Row. It was my first time, and I was introduced by James. He was extremely kind, he was in my presence when he knew I needed him and let me also have time to shop by myself. He picked out a few pieces he thought I’d like after describing what it was that I wanted. He made my checkout easy and explained everything well. Everything is good price as well! And he also told me what deals were going on and how i could make payments if i prefer. I recommend going!
