    Every time I shop in the Johnson City At Home store, the employees are so gracious and helpful. I love shopping in there because of this.

    I came here specifically for a door mat, and was in and out in record time. I was surprised at the variety of inventory, and reasonable prices!

    I only go here about once a year. Usually because somebody else wants to go. The items for sale are not the best. Kind of have a cheap Ikea vibe. You have to watch what you buy. Many items are cheap and cheaply made. I prefer HomeGoods and Kirkland over this store. Their Halloween items are out now. Really cute, original items but many are way overpriced for plastic.

    The store was very clean and everything was marked in such a way it was not hard to locate what I needed. I was in need of assistance to get something off of a high shelf. Help was quickly found to help me with the item I was needing. Staff was very friendly. I will return.

    I came into the store a few months ago to do some returns when the spring summer items were coming in. I didn’t have my receipt couldn’t find it . so I knew I was gonna get a store credit or denied the return. No big deal. The cashier had to call a manager to come up to the to help with the returns. When The manager arrived she point blank, accuse me of stealing the items. Basically, saying that I took them off the shelves and brought them to the registers to do the return. She told me that she would have yo talk to LP and she was gonna double check the cameras just point blank just called me A thief. she had approved my return, put it on a return card, and told me that after get in touch with LP that the return card would be voided. I personally had not been in that store whatsoever since then until today. I Called corporate over the incidentnever got any assistance no help no nothing
