- AHAngela Hall1 day ago2.0Today my cousin and I went into Lowe's in Jackson, TN and I must say, the service was very poor. We was looking for patio furniture covers and as we were looking, my cousin noticed they had a covered rocker swing and she wanted to purchase it. She went looking for someone to help her, then went to the service desk for assistance and no one came. We waited a total of 10 minutes and still no one came to help. So, my cousin found a flatbed and we picked it up and placed it on the flatbed ourselves. As we were passing the service desk, their were about 6 to 9 people just standing around talking to each other. When we got to the register, the lady that was at the door, got us some help loading it in our vehicle. This is unexceptable. Unless I absolutely have to come to this store again, trust and believe I will go to the Milan's location.

They were happy to sell me a new can of paint. When talking to manager they would not take returns on paint when after 48 hours even if they screw it up. They lost my business for life over a $31.00 quart of paint.

Spent quality time making sure that I got the right one and even advised me of a Lowe's promotion that saved me lots of dollars! I've had a lot going on and missed the survey to give him a 5 star rating but it's never too late to say "thank you for your kindness, patience and for you help".

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
