Absolutely the worst Lowe’s in Jackson. New homeowner doing renovations to my home. I came in June 30th to buy paint for my patio deck. I asked the employee in the paint department for help finding the correct paint,she gave me two gallons of industrial METAL paint. Me being new to this and too trusting painted my entire patio with this!!! Now I’m at Home Depot getting 2 more gallons of DECK PAINT!!! For the supervisors or higher ups…fire her I came in around 11am and she was alone. Educate your workers and hire people who take pride in what they do.

Horrible review just for white kid named Kevin working in the pro center checkout. He should be fired instantly. I just paid taxs for the first time in 8 years after buying every single day here. He was rude to us and the Spanish lady worker. I will literally drive to south jackson everyday from here on until this guy is no longer here!

We had a very frustrating experience with Lowe’s that still hasn’t been resolved.
In December 2025, we purchased a stove, but after a week realized it didn’t have the self-cleaning feature we wanted. We went back to the store and arranged an exchange. Lowe’s employees came to our home, picked up the original stove, and delivered the replacement.
However, when we received our statement, we were charged for BOTH stoves—even though we only have one. We’ve called customer service multiple times and gone back to the store several times. Each time, we were told something different, and ultimately they refused to remove the extra charge, claiming there was no “delivery date” on their end.
That makes no sense, since their own employees picked up the original stove. Any missing paperwork is clearly an internal issue, not something the customer should have to pay for.
To make matters worse, while we were in the store trying to resolve this, another customer told us the same thing happened to her when she bought a refrigerator.
Very disappointed in how this has been handled. We expected better accountability and customer service from Lowe’s.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
