- CCCristy5 days ago1.0After going in there and getting several plants and vegetable plants and some lawn fertilizer and grass seed, I went to check out in the computer. Computers were not processing military discounts so I asked if they could override it for me and they told me that no they’re not allowed to do that. I was not the only one at the time having trouble everyone else at the self checkout was having a difficult time they did override the people before me and the people after me on the other side, but refused to override mine, and then a store associate walked up to me and looked at me and asked if we had a problem I was not being belligerent or rude I just said yes I would really like to get my military discount and it’s not going through and she rolled her eyes at me so after 15 minutes of standing there trying to get my military discount they finally gave it to me and we’re still rude. When they walked away. This was the most unpleasant experience that I have ever had at Lowe’s and this was at the Lowe’s in Hixson near Chattanooga off of 153. I’ve never ever had any trouble at any other Lowe’s location, but this one was not a good experience.

If you have contract work they can help you in almost all aspects (if products out of stock they work with you). Does have pro parking and plenty of parking available throughout the day. Pro is free sign up and store offers free coffee till 11am. Worth a visit for your home needs.

I started looking for assistance and came across Corey who happened to be preoccupied with other work related items. Corey graciously stopped doing what he was and came to our rescue. Corey has repeatedly gone above and beyond to assist me with purchasing multiple items I can't thank him enough. His kindness is touching and appreciated

We purchased several appliances from Lowe's and we had an issue with the GE refrigerator. It was a floor model and the ice maker was not working due to a missing a part. I spoke with Jonathan about the problem and he actually drove to our home to look at the refrigerator, ordered the missing part and then came back to our house to install the part. I have never had such wonderful customer service before, but I will definitely continue to shop at this Lowe's from now on!! Thanks again for your incredible help Jonathan...
