Their units are described as approximates for their size. I rented a 10x5 space for my mom's stuff because they increased her rate to $109, when I could get it for her for $45. Went to go move her stuff, measured the unit and it measures 10x4. I asked to get a bit of a discount for that unit or a unit that was more accurate to the size. All they could offer was a unit on the 3rd floor that was a 5x10. The other 10x5s were also 10x4. If you advertise a unit as 10x5, then it actually should be. The only reason they got 2 stars is because of their employee Adam, who is very professional, polite and accommodating. This company should charge for the units differently. A whole foot smaller in width is no where close to approximately 10x5.
