  Their wood cutter has been out of order for a MONTH. They don't have a sign out front warning customers. Wasted 30 minutes looking for wood for them to not cut.

  Ok kids, get comfy. This is gonna take a minute. The wife and I have been on an kitchen appliance nightmare for about a year now. Our house was built in 1989, and we think three of the four appliances we were trying to replace were original to the house. (shout out to GE!) We were concerned about fitting new appliances where old appliances had been, and turns out we were right. Our journey begins at a place known more for electronics (hint, hint), and they were very nice, but our order was a mess. Nothing fit. They had to remove the kitchen door to get the fridge inside, then just after they replaced the door, we walked in and discovered they delivered the wrong fridge. The installers got irritated with us because we insisted it was wrong, but when they looked in the truck, they found the fridge we had ordered. Now, we had several coolers around the house with all our food, but the installers wanted to just bring it another day. At least I THINK that's what they wanted to do. I couldn't understand them, they didn't speak English. We finally made them understand that the fridge couldn't wait, so the begrudgingly removed the door again, and set up the correct fridge so our food wouldn't go bad. The fridge was only one of FIVE appliances we had ordered, but we were so beaten down by this time, we canceled the rest of the order. Again, they were very nice, but we still need a built-in microwave, a cook top, built-in oven and a dishwasher. We later went to a couple of other places, but were told the best deals come around July 4th. So, we wait. I dont want to get anyone in to trouble here, so I won't mention the name of the first place we went to, but it rhymes with "gnome repo". They had a July 4th sale, so we went to the appliances department, and the gentleman there reacted as if I had handed him a dead snake when asked about their sale. Still, I told him we were ready to buy four new appliances, but had issues in the past finding items to fit. Another sales guy was listening while we talked, then came over and started telling us we would never be able to find new replacement appliances to fit appliances made in 1989. (We showed them pictures) after about 10 minutes of this, we told them they had told us all we needed to know, and we left "gnome repo". So, straight to Lowe's. We were not optimistic. We were greeted by a nice young lady named Lauren, and she listened intently and looked at our pictures, and told us she would be glad to help, and could absolutely set us up. Very nice, but we had our doubts. Lowe's, however, had a killer sale going on, and we would have been foolish not to give Lauren a chance. She told us to go ahead and pay about $35 to get a pro to come out and get measurements, rather than rely on my measurements. (I'm a goober when it comes to stuff like that) This was our first clue that Lauren knew what she was talking about. Now, the sale ended on July 8, but Mr Measuring Guy can't make it until July 9. In a panic, we tell Lauren, but she tells us not to worry, she will handle it. Lowe's will honor their sale prices even with the delay in getting the correct measurements! Then, we get an email from Lauren. Lowe's has another promotion going on where if we bundle GE appliances, we get free install! So now, we get killer deals on FOUR new appliances, but professional installation instead of me trying to do it. (Remember, I'm a goober) Now, we are the proud owners of a basically new kitchen, thanks to Lowe's, and of course Lauren. (A note to Lowe's management, give this young lady a raise!) Five stars all around. Lowe's is our go-to from now on. Well done.

  I wish someone would have been able to help me, but no one was. I talked to five different people and it’s too bad because I’m making a huge renovation purchase. I’ll go to Home Depot.

  Thanks to Rose. I was unable to purchase 300 Lowes boxes from Lowes today. She was very rude and unhelpful kept telling me she is nothing but a cashier at a pro desk I only asked for help getting a pallet of boxes down off of the top shelf as instructed By the person I spoke with calling the store earlier in the day. Rose told me she couldn’t help me because she was a cashier and it was an issue to call someone for help. I am very frustrated with the customer service I received from Rose at the pro desk Saturday, July 18 at 6 PM at night I will go to Home Depot I guess and purchased the same boxes there. Maybe I will get better customer service and helping hand.
