Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and left the scene. They were very quick to alert me in the store over the pa system. Also helped with getting witness information for me and assisted me with calling the local police. (Since I'm not from this area) plus, they were very helpful with the return and purchase I was making while in the store. Very helpful and polite staff there!

I hate these stores. Stood in tile aisle for 15 minutes looking for tile that was supposed to be there and wasn't. Not one person walked by or asked if I needed help. I left and went somewhere else.

Really bad customer service. 2 times back to back on large lumber orders. 1st time messed up entire order had to wait 6 hours to repick order. 2nd time order was not even picked yet at designated time of pick up cost me another 9 to 10 hours.
