I have been shopping at this Lowes for 5 years. I am here almost daily . 99 percent of the time i do not have a problem .If there is an issue they usually get it resolved , but not without an aggravation. I think they could have better customer service training for the associates on the floor and loaders. I have many times helped people load unload and get stuff off the shelf because they are to busy to do there job. Numerous time i have finished loading myself before help showed up ..I have had a few employees i have interacted with who just have bad attitudes or are rude or just do not want to do the job. Could you imagine being told maybe i can get you concrete block down with the fork lift.. I pretty sure Lowes doesn't want to maybe... sell me concrete blocks....What a bizarre way to answer a customer. I bought a new trailer . Plugged it up to the truck ....no lights on a brand new trailer. They wanted to give me 10% off or a light kit. I had to fight with them to get another one and exchange it out....Not good..... Got a mower belt that was defective . My last one lasted 150 hours . This one broke the first day. I had to fight to get a replacement 2 hours after buying it. I could go on with Lowes stories. This one is better than most ... but could be better ...

We ordered a refrigerator for an apartment building we own. We do not live in this apartment building. I called multiple times last night to make sure they had the correct number to call and set the time (between 7-11am). I made sure they knew we did not live there and we needed a pre call. I called again this morning to make sure everything was set. I received a call at 1:42p (not between 7-11a) saying they were there and would leave within 15 minutes. I stayed home all day for this delivery. I passed the truck 5 minutes after I received the call. We called and rescheduled delivery for tomorrow. I received a call at 3:22p, again stating they were at the apartment. We were there 12 minutes later and again, no one was there. They have nothing scheduled for us tomorrow. Awaiting a refund. We have 12 apartments that will need new appliances soon. Will not be from Lowe's.
