I asked if we can have the one on the floor they said no we cant sell that one. I asked why they have it for sale on the floor if a customer cant purchase it and she said it is above her paid grade to know. No help at all to Lowes and Pam. I'll be going to home depot.

I ordered a mower and wanted it delivered, I got an email saying that the mower would have to be rescheduled but the tracking system showed it being shipped. Asked to speak to a manager and I’m still on hold as I wrote this review! The lady in customer service seemed disinterested and lost. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, and that’s saying a lot these days.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
