  Jeremy did a great job working on my wood-burning stove. He left the place He left the place immaculate and gave me lots of information about burning a fire in the old stove. I would highly recommend Ember Keepers.

  Can't say enough good things! We knew when to expect Jeremy and received a notification by text the night before as to the time window, then another notification when he was on the way, and another as he pulled in the driveway. Jeremy was prompt, polite, professional, neat and clean, very well informed and happy to share his knowledge without being a pushy know it all. We would recommend both Ember Keepers and Jeremy to everyone! I'd like to add that the negative reviews here mostly share a commonality in that the tech determined problems with the chimney or equipment resulting in a fee but not a cleaning. Every year homes burn down in fires related to flaws in stoves and chimneys. In my opinion it's well worth the service fee if someone saves our home, or even our lives, by letting us know we should not light another fire until repairs are made.
