- JJJoyce JohnsonMay 13, 20261.0I would leave a 0 if I could. I went to Lowe's purchased an outdoor shed through them(paid cash). I will never do again. Well we couldn't get the help we needed to put it together. So had to cancel. Lowes couldn't cancel it so had to wait on the vendor to cancel it no biggie. Well I had been told I could get my cash refund once it was canceled not until then. Long story short order got canceled Lowe's put the money on a card to have it mailed. So now I have to wait like 10 days to get said card then got told that it can only be spent at Lowe's. So now I can't get a building somewhere else already together and the one at Lowe's is like $8,000. So I will do everything in my power from now on to never go back to Lowe's.

I was repeatedly told someone would follow up regarding delays/compensation and never received a callback. The lack of communication added unnecessary stress to an already expensive remodel process. The issues were mostly with their third party contractors who installed our countertops. Their communication is nonexistent.

After making multiple trips to the area the head cashier was rude and not willing to work with me for their mistake. Will never shop here again.

When you see someone waiting, why can't you acknowledge them and tell them you will be with them in a moment. But no, they turn their back to you! One time, 3 employees chatting and they too kept avoiding assisting. Lowe's in Greeneville TN needs to have a revamp in several departments and I suggest starting in the appliance section. Heading to a different store!

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
