    Very bad customer service. After spending $7K, I still need one piece installed because they didn't ship the correct part. Their answer is to pay another installment fee or do it yourself. Worst customer experience ever. Skip this company.

    Customer service experience was beyond subpar. My closets were supposed to arrive at the store on 2/5 after the order was placed in December. I received a call on 2/1 stating most items arrived, but a snowstorm prevent a few brackets from being delivered. Initially I was told my brackets were being shipped to me and would arrive before my 2/9 install date. I was then told the brackets would arrive until 2/11 and modify my install date. Thankfully I pushed the date back to 3/19. On 2/18 I called the store to notify them I still hadn’t received the brackets and to express concern over the delay with no communication on when I would receive them. This phone call took place with the store manager who identified herself as Karen. Karen was quite rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concern, she insisted that I was making up the story about being told the snowstorm prevented the brackets from being delivered with the other parts. Per her, the snowstorm didn’t stop any deliveries. I had to cut her off from telling me I was wrong to express that whether the storm caused the issue or not I still lacked the parts. She tried looking into the missing parts, but could not give me an estimated delivery date. She then asked what my install date was and told me she didn’t understand why I was concerned with a month to go before my scheduled install. I explained that my concern was rooted in the TWO promised delivery dates (2/5 and 2/11) not being met and her now not being able to truly guarantee arrival before 3/19. She continued to be dismissive. I waited a few more weeks of not having the brackets before calling the customer service number. During that call, I was told that the brackets would not arrive to warehouse in Texas until 3/18. The customer service rep recommended I go ahead and reschedule the install again. I immediately followed that call with another call to the location I purchased the closets at. Karen once again took the call. She remained dismissive and this time blamed the snowstorm for delays. Furthermore she explained that all customers were suffering from delays. She stated that she was able to reach out to other stores for parts, but that she was prioritizing customers whose installs were within a week’s time. I then asked why this level of service was not given to me when when my original install date was not met. She had no answer, but offered to contact the warehouse to guarantee my brackets arrived by 3/19. Two days later I received an email that my brackets were miraculously about to be delivered to my home. Roberta, the designer was great. The install person was great. Karen made this experience displeasing.

    Wow, Al didn’t acknowledge me at all but once a lady that looked like him walked into the store she received wondered customer service. Very sad approach and we live in a world with many races, and shades of skin tone. I wouldn’t have him as the face of the store if I was management. I’ll never return to this store.

    I got what I needed and the product is well made. It’s pretty much IKEA but way more expensive.
