    Blown away by service here this week. Usually go to HD near my home, needed pine straw which HD didn’t have. Placed an order for pickup, went fantastic. Loaded immediately with friendly faces. Then went for another load, through the load zone. Employees asked me if they could help. Which was a welcome change from HD, where there are +100 employees milling around - and if you’re lucky one register is open. Very well run store. Employees are helpful and friendly. My new #1, even though it’s and extra 15 minute drive. Well done Lowe’s!

    Great selection, awesome garden section, terrible rent a tool section. Rented a tiller than wouldn’t throttle up, leaked water, had a half tank of gas in it. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had renting a machine from Lowe’s or anywhere for that matter. Machines need serviced and checked for top of gas before sending out to customers you expect to bring the machine back full. Ridiculous.

    Truly, the opposite of a pleasure. The people are very nice. The inventory management is nothing short of purgatory. Want to find item 56432? Lowe’s shows that this store has 420 of it in stock? Oh, it’s likely not there. And if it is there, it’s three shelves up and there’s no one to unload the pallet. Or, as has been in my case the last several times, they can’t even find the pallet, admit they can’t, then cancel your order days later and put your money back on the gift card you likely tossed. There’s a special kind of misery associated with purchasing from this Lowe’s. I’d recommend paying twice as much for it at a local hardware store, if you can find one, or scrubbing toilets or shoving sharp things under your nailbeds before shopping here. Pretty sure this is my second negative review ever on Google. That says something.

    HORRIBLE customer service. I went in person to order a washer and dryer, it came to just over $2,200. A very nice older man in the appliance section took my order on 3/16 and he said I could get it delivered the next day (3/17) but I wanted to have a Saturday delivery which was 3/21. He put the order in and said someone would reach out to me day of to give me a delivery window. On Saturday 3/21 no one had reached out, so I called and they told me it had been pushed to the next Saturday 3/28. I had not be alerted, emailed, texted, or called that the delivery was delayed. The only reason I found out was that I called, had I not, we would have just been left wondering where our order was. So we called the store to ask for the delivery fee ($40) be waived, for the inconvenience (we were moving into a new house and would be without laundry that week). They said they could not refund the delivery fee. So I told them to just cancel the entire thing and that we would just go to Home Depot and buy the exact same washer and dryer. So since they wouldn’t do the right thing and refund the delivery fee ($40), they lost our entire order ($2,200) and my business from now until eternity. Hope that $40 was worth it…
