  Will never buy another La-z-Boy! We have been buying only this brand for 20 years, and this is the first time we have been sold garbage. Not comfortable in any way.

  My fiancé and I recently visited La-Z-Boy while looking for a sectional for our home, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! We worked with Alex Malamud, and he was amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to walk us through all of our options without ever making us feel pressured. Alex really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best option for our space. He was honestly the main reason we decided to go with a La-Z-Boy sofa! If you’re shopping at La-Z-Boy, ask for Alex! He made what could have been an overwhelming furniture-shopping experience easy, enjoyable, and genuinely fun. We couldn’t recommend him more!

  We work with Lisa and Carolyn and could not have been happier. The level of service, friendliness, and knowledge these two women possessed was the shopping experience we hoped it would be. We feel we purchased amazing quality furniture at a reasonable price and definitely will return for future purchases.

  We bought seven rocker recliners and one very expensive love seat from lazy boy on April 7, 2026 from the Franklin TN store on Mallory Lane. One of the rockers is lopsided and does not work properly. It took several calls to the store and 4 months to even get someone to come out to look at it. The repair man said the chair seems to have been put together wrong at the factory. He said he could not repair it. He said someone from the factory would contact us soon. We still have not heard a word from them!!! It has been 5 months! We are very frustrated . No one ever returns calls, even when you finally get someone out to look at the problem and determine the chair needs replaced, you cannot get anyone to do what our contract says they will do. We paid alot of money for the warranty!!! We paid over $15,000 cash for this junk. This company does not even earn one star.

  We had an incredible experience at LaZBoy. After a ton of research looking for the right chair for our nursery, we walked into LaZBoy and Chris Simonian spent so much time walking through all the different options and fabrics for us, and also was very kind and fun to talk to. We took a week to go over our options, and Chris gave us all the time we needed to sit in every chair to make sure we made the right purchase. She was extremely kind and gave me some great advice regarding features for nursery chairs and what to keep in mind. She really made this experience so happy and effortless, and we are so excited to get our chair!! Thank you Chris!!!
