    Staff was insufferably rude. They were super pushy about signing up for their points system, rude to my hard of hearing mother when she declined, asked me multiple times if I was sure I didn’t have a membership, didn’t wrap a ceramic hippo pot, put it in the bag with a metal ice cream scoop and then acted annoyed when I removed the pot from the bag. I’ll definitely choose the store in Nashville next time.

    I rarely leave reviews as I speak to the Managers that are at the places I visit to give feedback if I feel so compelled... But I had to for my most recent visit to At Home. I was just browsing for some cushions for my outdoor chairs. In the time I was there looking...browsing...debating on my choices... I was offered help by every employee that passed by. They all asked if I was finding what I needed and that if I needed anything just let them know. I appreciated the small effort. Some may say "Isn't that their job?" The answer is yes BUT watch how many employees walk past you the next time you are out and about... You will then notice when they act like you exist. Thanks to the employees who helped and in some cases just asked to help. Much appreciated and noticed!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
