  I'll never Do business with Lowe's Ever Again !!!! I ordered a New Refrigerator and paid For delivery. But these people they have working for them.. They bring it All the way to my home, But then They say oh My truck is too big for this road. ( A Road that drump truck and almost anything else goes up and down it Everyday !!!!!!!!!) Then it was oh the What They are calling a bridge,( which is my driveway, and we have two cars that are parked there side by side) is too small..... Now you would think someone would be Smart Enough to Put on the hazard light and Go knock on the Door !!!!!!! No 🙂‍↔️ Common Sense At All !!!! So These People Cause Lowe's to loose a sale, I wouldn't take one from Lowe's now, even if they was to give it to me......

  I was there over 8 times over the weekend. The staff were not helpful. The store was a mess. The only flat cart available was nasty and covered in rocks. Do better Lowe’s. I pray we get a Home Depot. So I don’t have to drive to Johnson city because I will not be back to the Elizabethton Lowe’s.

  ★★★★★ I had one of those Lowe’s trips where you begin to wonder whether the small parts are deliberately hiding from you. I had been up and down the door-hardware section looking for a little half-dome doorstop. Up the aisle. Down the aisle. Looking high. Looking low. Apparently everywhere except the one place where the doorstop actually was. If that little half-dome doorstop had been a poisonous snake, I would not be writing this review. As I was about to give up, Kylie asked, “Can I help you?” I told her what I was looking for. She smiled and said, “Oh, you just missed it.” Of course I did. She reached down to the BOTTOM SHELF—approximately six inches from where I had apparently been conducting my extensive archaeological survey—and handed it to me. Mystery solved. Then, since I had found someone who apparently possessed the secret map to Lowe’s, I asked Kylie about two other little items I had been wandering around trying to find. She told me where the first one was: Fashion Plumbing, Aisle 43. Fashion Plumbing. Well, naturally. No wonder I couldn’t find it. I had apparently not been shopping stylishly enough. But we went over there, and sure enough—there it was. Then came the final chapter of my Lowe’s adventure. By the time I reached the checkout area, I had a cart full of purchases and had developed what might politely be described as an EXTREMELY URGENT need to visit the restroom. Sondra was near the registers and asked, with a smile, “Can I help you?” At this point I suspect my peculiar walking style had already answered the question. I said, “Yes ma’am. I REALLY need to go to the bathroom. Would you please watch my cart?” She smiled the knowing smile of a person who immediately understood that this was no longer a home-improvement problem. This was a race against time. Sondra graciously guarded my cart while I departed at a pace best described as “as fast as dignity and circumstances would permit.” I returned a considerably happier and more relaxed Lowe’s customer, thanked her, and she immediately asked if she could help me check out my items. And she did. That is what good customer service looks like. Kylie took the time to help a customer who had apparently lost a battle of wits with a half-dome doorstop, and then helped me locate two more obscure items. Sondra saw a man in distress, protected the merchandise, preserved my dignity, and then helped me get checked out. Lowe’s has thousands of products on those shelves, but the most valuable thing in the store that day was two employees who noticed a customer who needed help and simply said: “Can I help you?” Thank you, Kylie and Sondra. You turned what could have been a frustrating shopping trip—and, toward the end, potentially a much more memorable incident—into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Five stars. And next time I can’t find something, I’m asking Kylie before I spend 20 minutes staring directly at it.

  I had a handyman friend tell me this place was horrible, but I kept trying since it's the closest to me. Lumber is scattered in random places and unmarked. Several times I've asked for normal things they should have and they respond that their store is too small to carry that item. Today I asked a cashier at the "Pro" checkout counter if they had a particular size of lumber in stock because I couldn't find it on the shelf. She said she couldn't tell me. (Isn't that her job?) She said I had to ask the "expert" behind the other counter. After waiting 5 minutes I just walked out of the store leaving a basket of over $100 of items in an aisle. I just don't have the time or patience to deal with this kind of pitiful service.

  After trying 15 minutes to get through their IVR system trying to find the availability of a part i was put on hold for another 5 minutes. I was never helped. This is completely unprofessional and the reason your guys stock continues to fall. Amazon can have my part her tomorrow and you guys lost yet another sale, because you try to automate everything. My phone call could have taken 3-4 minutes had a real person answered. Lowes you have failed once again.
