My refrigerator was out 10 days someone came replaced a part after 10 days, by the nx day wasn't working any more . Supposed to come again today. Been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. No offer of refund for groceries that had to be thrown away an not able to buy any cold stuff . Waiting for a repair man around 12 today. I believe I need another refrigerator an a gift card for groceries .2 weeks!!! Warranty was accepted but timing is hard on us. Probably go to home depot nx time as Lowes hasn't offered an assistant for our lack of food

Went to buy top soil 74 bags seen it on my phone selling it for 1.35 a bag member offer I've been a member for awhile I asked the lady customer service about the 1.35 price she said she would match it then had to get a manager over there to approve it well he proceeds to tell me oh I can't do that and asked did you Google that I said yes he then said we'll that's a Google thing we're not responsible for that I said then why is it showing lowes and says dickson he said them member offer you have to go online well me and the wife tried several different ways and that don't work need to take the member offer on all your things and let the people get the same deal without being a member cause being a member won't get you that deal and the manager he needs to quit cause lies don't impress anyone

The Dickson Lowes is a always a fun adventure. They stock level always seems to have what I need and the store is clean. I even had a couple employees ask if I needed help finding anything. Great experience overall!

Usually love this Lowes and their associates. We needed one sheet of plywood cut into half so it could fit in our car. We went to the pro help desk area in lumber and asked for help with that. The older lady with big blonde curly hair said "we don't really do that". We thought that was odd since there is a lumber cutting sign directly across from the help area and a huge saw. One of the men back in lumber was awesome and helped us no problem, made two cuts for us and had no issue helping us. I wish I remember his name because he was great. But on the website, and in the store it says Lowe's will cut wood so im not sure why the lady working the help area wouldn't know that.
