- JTJess TylerMay 13, 20262.0Usually love this Lowes and their associates. We needed one sheet of plywood cut into half so it could fit in our car. We went to the pro help desk area in lumber and asked for help with that. The older lady with big blonde curly hair said "we don't really do that". We thought that was odd since there is a lumber cutting sign directly across from the help area and a huge saw. One of the men back in lumber was awesome and helped us no problem, made two cuts for us and had no issue helping us. I wish I remember his name because he was great. But on the website, and in the store it says Lowe's will cut wood so im not sure why the lady working the help area wouldn't know that.

The driver and other employee both ended up being very rude especially the man who ended up doing the moving and kept letting my cat out of the house despite warning them to keep the door closed. So they left a literal ton of cinder blocks half a mile into my property nowhere near the delivery site (which was extremely easy to get to, unlike where they actually left them). They are not required to fix this or refund your delivery fee. But don't worry, they WILL refund your delivery fee IF you return your items yourself to the store. L. O. L. Good luck with online orders. Be sure you are there to meet the person delivering your stuff.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
