It was a Sunday morning and I was helping out my contractor by pickup up some stuff. They open at 8 on Sunday. I was early. Staff was super friendly. Found everything I needed and had time to meet 2 super friendly Rottweilers. Male was a older puppy. His 18 month old sister had just gotten her championship! Beautiful dogs, super obedient, super friendly!

I ordered a double storm door paid for the guy to measure and then waited 48 days as of today 10/01/26 and I was told that the millworks guy ordered the wrong door. Now I have been told that I have to wait another 45 days plus to get the correct one. That's a total of the 3 months for a double storm door . Anyone looking to buy anything at this store needs to think twice before buying at lowes...

Very disappointed in Lowe’s Crossville, TN. I am redoing my bathroom completely. Went down there to speak to a specialist who helped me tremendously. I ordered the bathtub, toilet and the faucet’s for vanity and bathtub. I ordered the vanity somewhere else. I showed him the tile I wanted and even had a picture of it how it would look in my bathroom thanks to Chat GPT. I wanted the tile on the floor and behind the free standing bathtub. We set a date for the contractor to come out and measure. He assured they could do the job. The contractor came out today to measure. He informed me that Lowe’s has a policy where they will not install the tile on the wall behind the bathtub. I was shocked as the guy at the Lowe’s store never said a word about that. Am I going to have to get a separate contractor to do that? I am thinking about buying my tile elsewhere. If Lowe’s would have been upfront about this policy I would have made different arrangements. Now my project is delayed. Very disappointed.
