What can you say it's Lowe's. 121 lows found the double door that we wanted not a stock, and it was marked 558. So when we got home, we figured we'd order it online did not exist. Call the store to see if they can put in an order. Young man tells us it's 660
Even though it was right on it five fifty eight, needless to say, my husband refused to buy that. I went to a different lows here in crossover. Found they had the same door in stock. They had it marked six sixty. Call the young man said we wish to buy it. He came over and said, oh no, this is not six sixty.This is a thousand dollar door. Needless to say, we said no sign says six sixty.And in reality, the other store said, five fifty eight I clearly asked, don't they know what they're doing . I called a manager and yes, she was nice and I got it 46 sixty, but I should not have to drive 22 lows.Especially, how far apart everything is?One was an hour and a half away and the other is an hour . When when 2 stores cannot get employees to put things in the right place with the right price, the customer should not pay the consequences of having to drive all over the state of Tennessee. Let her find a store, one of their stars that actually understands that a $1000 door shouldn't be in a 558 or a 660 section Home Depot, needs to come into the area.. When day deliver something, they hire contractors, we were told that our refrigerator was going to be arriving between 8 and 2. I believe in the morning never came. We sat here all day, is kept calling them. Now he's coming, we finally left our home at 10 o'clock at night. Still, no appliance, what's worse, they didn't even know who was delivering our stuff. They couldn't call him. They couldn't contact him to deliver department closes before our deliveries are done.
