Initially we were happy with the job, total cost $6700, but then we found a small newly planted tree that was run over by their equipment. We called and told Greg the owner what had happened and he asked us to send him a receipt showing cost of the tree and he would send us a check, total cost $96, (remember we paid him $6700.)We waited for a few weeks, no response. Called him again. He stated maybe the office did not follow through. He asked for the receipt again (we resent a copy) and stated he would handle it. Waited weeks again, no response. Texted him. No response. After three months we have received no word from anyone associated with Putnam County Tree Service. They have turned out to not be the professional company we thought they were. We will never recommend this company as they don't stand behind their work. 9/9/26 We received a call from the company accountant explaining that while a check had been approved for our tree replacement, there had been a software error which prevented the check from actually being issued. She advised she would be sending our $96 check that day. Check was received as promised. So I want to amend my review to 5 stars as they were phenomenal while on the job site and turns out they do stand behind their work. We will be using them again.

We had storm damage—roof landed on top of our house. They came promptly, on time and were very professional. It was a complicated process of getting it off without damaging anything else. They were up to the job. Many thanks for a great job!

These guys really bring the hustle, and there's no standing around on their jobsite! Great work - with lots of equipment to get the job done and great attention to cleaning up all the debris. Highly recommend!
