- BSBrad SmithApr 25, 20262.0Initially we were happy with the job, total cost $6700, but then we found a small newly planted tree that was run over by their equipment. We called and told Greg the owner what had happened and he asked us to send him a receipt showing cost of the tree and he would send us a check, total cost $96, (remember we paid him $6700.)We waited for a few weeks, no response. Called him again. He stated maybe the office did not follow through. He asked for the receipt again (we resent a copy) and stated he would handle it. Waited weeks again, no response. Texted him. No response. After three months we have received no word from anyone associated with Putnam County Tree Service. They have turned out to not be the professional company we thought they were. We will never recommend this company as they don't stand behind their work.

Greg was very knowledgeable and did exactly what we discussed. The crew was very skillful and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them.

Had him cut some very tall trees, remove the stumps and they left the property immaculate. Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could. Great service, could not be happier.
