My only complaint with Lowe's is you can never find anyone to help you and not only that it's not my department well then find someone that is qualified.

Would now give me a refund on mulch that was bad. They said i had to put it back in the bags that I cut open and bring it back, I showed them these pictures and they didn’t want to make it right.

Went to the store to get blinds for new house. I told the lady I had 36” windows and she pointed to the 36” blinds and told me they were what I needed. Bought 7 of them for $414 dollars. Drove back home 20 minutes to install and they were to wide. Called the store on the way back to town to talk to her and see if she could start the process because I knew they were going to have to be cut. Was on hold the entire time back to town. Got to speak with the manager and he said they would have to be cut. (No kidding). So I had to return to 7 blinds and purchase more expensive ones because they had to be cut.($506). Got home to install them and got to the last window and it is a quarter inch to wide. So back to Lowe’s I go tomorrow to see if it can be trimmed a 1/4 inch. I can’t wait until Home Depot arrives in our town. I hate going to Lowe’s.

So today I went to Lowe's & experienced the WORSE customer service that I have ever encountered. I hope that when Home Depot finally gets done, that they give Lowe's a run for their money! Lowe's has had the ONLY business here in Cookeville for 20 plus years. No competition clause was one of the agreements for Lowe's to build here in Cookeville. (NOT A BIG SECRET, IN A SMALL TOWN!). That's why it has taken so long for ANY OTHER home improvement store to even try to build here, in Cookeville. That's the way it was set up for when Lowe's first was built. It was so bad, that I even called back to let the store manager on duty know. Jay told me that she would review the camera footage! I HOPE TO GOD SHE DID! We had a Lowe's employee move me & my husband out of the way, even though we were there loading our wood on to our cart (we had two lumber carts, & a buggy, check the cameras!!!!) The girl/girls at the lumber cash register saw everything. I know this, because she saw me trying to push one of our lumber cart & came to help!!! But I didn't get her name. We had to stop loading our cart, and just stand there while four Lowe's employee, cut in front of me and my husband. No excuse me, I need to get in here because. Please check all cameras!!! My husband & I, loaded all of our wood inside & out. SEE VIDEO!!! WE EVEN HAD LOWE'S SHOPPERS/CUSTOMERS, OFFERED TO HELP US LOAD OUR TRAILER. SINCE WE COULDN'T GET A LOWE'S ASSOCIATE!!! LOOK AT YOUR OUTSIDE CAMERAS!!! AND, We physically had to crawl underneath one bin to get the correct size. (It's all on video please look!) We asked for help, NO HELP EVER CAME!!! So, now you know. I hope Lowe's does something about this, but I'm not going to hold my breath!!!
